Guarantee & Refund Policy

We promise that if you fail the test using our training questions, we will refund the full payment within one working day after you send us the score report. However, you need to meet the following conditions:

1. Exam Date: Your exam date must be within 90 days of purchasing the training questions from us. If your exam date is beyond 90 days, we will provide a free update or allow you to switch to another exam of equal value.

2. Exam Match: The exam you take must be the same as the one for which you purchased the questions (e.g., if you purchase AZ-301 exam questions, they can only be used for the AZ-301 exam).

3. Vendor Exclusions: The refund policy excludes vendors like Microsoft, Huawei, Cisco, DELL EMC, HP and Fortinet due to their frequent exam question updates. If you fail an exam from these vendors, you can receive an updated version or switch to two different exams for free.

4. Score Report Name: The name on the score report must match yours. If it does not, we will not issue a refund.

Additionally, if you purchase two or more exams in one order (e.g., AZ-300 and AZ-301), and you fail one exam (e.g., AZ-301), we will only refund the payment for the failed exam (e.g., AZ-301).
